i’ve been through worse and i’ve been lucky enough to know better. and i know, unequivocally, that this is not the last chapter. not even the middle.
this is merely idiocy and selfishness of a certain order. and i cede to neither. i know when to fight and when to stop. it is one of my strengths and not even the best.
i will look behind me and know that i worked with heart and decency regardless of whether it was deserved or made a joke. it takes nothing away from me.
it is only the current scenario, which will lead into the next. and i am grateful to be where i am.
